Baked polvoron by Pabling Herry Kinatloan & Torta is one of the heirloom recipes that was handed down through generations thus the authenticity of the taste remains. It is a special polvoron made of delicate and dense, very powdery Spanish shortbread. It is made of milk, flour, sugar, and nuts especially almonds with added secret ingredients.

All ingredients are mixed and then, molded into like oval-liked shapes.  The shaped dough is baked well for a specified time or until the color turns to light brown to achieve the perfect crunchiness. This is coated with sugar and wrapped in white glazed paper.

With its, milky and sweet taste, family and friends will surely please and will keep them munching it for more. It is a perfect anytime snack that will crush in your mouth and not in your hands. Also, it is well-recommended for gift items, traveling, or sharing. This reflects the distinctiveness of Filipino culture and heritage, the act of giving.

Our Baked polvoron is already recognizable to our customer’s palette that added trust to our old and new markets. It is packed and sealed in plastic to prolong its shelf-life up to six (6) months. It weighs 75 grams and approximately 15 pieces in every packaging
